“The X-Press Facilities personnel are professional, friendly, flexible and care about their clients. The products used are not toxic or damaging as most store bought are. I recommend their team to friends and acquaintances all the time because I know they will be as happy with their wonderful staff and products as I have been. Over the last 6 months they’ve managed ......Court, which is a very challenging and busy site brilliantly. The team is based at the......... Court for 12 hours everyday and get just 5 days off in a year. They rotate and train staff very efficiently, which is quite difficult in an industry with a high turnover. They are available any time of the day and take action promptly, we’ve called them at late hours of the evening during emergencies and they’ve responded well. What is also an added advantage is the fact that they can take care of most of the basic maintenance issues as well such as blocked drains, changing light fittings, fixing squeaky doors etc. We would just like to sum up by saying that we’re very happy with their performance and attitude, here’s wishing them the very best for the future!!”
